Building Leadership

As a charter school leader, leadership coach, and staunch advocate of school choice I believe it is my responsibility to share my leadership skills with my school team, colleagues, and the wider community.
I use my professionalism, creative pedagogy, and extensive content knowledge to inspire my students and colleagues to become exceptional leaders and active learners in the classroom and community. As a role model I encourage my colleagues to push their boundaries of classroom best practices, instructional strategies, and professionalism to help our students close the achievement gap.
